AGENDA FOR WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 2008 AT 7:00PM

The Williamson County Emergency Services District #3 Commissioners will convene at 501 Exchange Boulevard to conduct the second public hearing for adoption of the proposed tax rate.

Pursuant to the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, as amended, the Williamson County Emergency Services District #3 will hold the meeting at the Central Fire Station, 501 Exchange Boulevard, Hutto, Texas and will consider the following matters to-wit:

  1. Call public hearing to order;
  2. Conduct a public hearing on the proposal to increase total revenue from property taxes;
  3. Announce the date, time and place of the meeting to vote on the tax rate;
  4. Adjourn the public hearing.
